PKL Tracker does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers when used for tracking sessions (i.e., when not using the Groups feature or sharing sessions).

All session tracking data — including player names, scores, and settings — is stored entirely in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device (with the exception of shared sessions; see below).

Clearing your browser's local storage or site data will permanently delete all PKL Tracker data stored locally.

Session Sharing:If you choose to share a session, that session's data (player names, scores, and round details) is uploaded to a database so others can view it via a share link. Only sessions you explicitly share are stored externally.

Groups: The Groups feature requires storing data externally to coordinate across devices and users. This includes your chosen nickname, group memberships, and session details (locations, dates, and who is joining). No email address or other personally identifiable information is required to use Groups.
